I can't resist taking pictures of overpasses as I drive down the highway. It's a favorite pastime of mine as I sit in the passenger seat or while I'm stuck in traffic. I'm always amazed by their beauty, their different styles, the way the light hits them at various times of the day and the engineering feat of holding them up in the air. Peeling an Orange
I've tried this a few times by hand and I think it's going to take some practice.
I've found it much easier to do it with a citrus peeler.
